Yep, I managed to add in another 1000 words to my word count during a sprint. Yes, shoulder and arm sore afterward, but it felt great after two days of no writing.
LOL well you might have to take up Yoga or something and do it at the desk every hour....my osteopath told me chairs were very guilty of most back pain so to turn my around and sit on it backward as that is the most effective way of avoiding back related pain at a desk....mind you if you aren't up to half splits (depending on your chair) I imagine there could be some leg injuries as a result...my chair was too high and I couldn't reach to type over the back!!! LOL

Whoo-hoo, Eleni!
One week down, three to go! Good luck.
Doing great Eleni. Long as you can keep riding the horse it's worth the ride!
Thanks Vanessa, Mon, and Nicky.
Nicky, I'm afraid I'm quite the klutz, so I hope I can hold on and not fall of said horse ;))

Unfortunately my chair won't allow for sitting on it backward. Even if it did, I don't think my klutziness will allow it - LOL!
