Yes still busy getting conference things into gear. Had a headache yesterday, so took a wee nap. Today got my hair coloured and hair feels so healthy and soft. Watched 'While You Were Sleeping' for Friday's workshop. I do enjoy that film. Now back to the mines!

Funny, I did the same thing re hair before the ARRC conference in February & then again just before I went to NYC (which means alas for the RWA conference nada thing is being done *lol*).
I've yet to do my homework for the workshop. Plus I've never seen it! On the list of things to do after lunch today (have to get on with that pesky pitch thing - think I'm finally going "OMG I'm doing a pitch - better have one ready" state of mind).
You have workshops where you watch chick flicks? Awesome...I'm totally using that excuse in the DVD store next time hubby argues about my choice of romantic comedy over blood and guts depressoflick! lol
Nicky - LOL re the hair. I had delayed getting it done so it can be closer to the conference. I'm liking the copper tones.
I have a ton of stuff to do before the conference as well. Pitch work going OK. Slow but OK. Notes downloaded. Now to put them all together ready for the trip. There's always these little bits and pieces isn't there to remember.

CAM, yes great excuse to let hubby know that you HAVE to watch for conflict and plot points.... and more terms that he isn't aware of ;)) Though there is room for blood & guts horror and action films. :)
